Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Delivery Schedule
We usually process your order within 1 days. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item, which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Mercian Cycles Limited accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta through our payment service provider WordPay. All credit card details are secured with 128bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls.

Returns Policy
Mercian Cycles Limited maintains a seven working day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us in writing either by royal mail or email within seven working days from date of delivery that it is your intention to cancel your order and that you are returning the goods. We will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (including outward postage charges).
You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us including the mailing costs. The item’s must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unused and in their original packaging. For fragile or more expensive items we advise that you return the goods by recorded delivery and with the appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Mercian Cycles Ltd or its employees is not responsible for any import tax accrued.
It is always in the customer’s interest to retain proof of postage, as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Mercian Cycles Limited premises.

We may occasionally carry out security checks and have the right to refuse access to our website should we consider it necessary.
Competition Terms and Conditions (Guess the number of bolts) updated 4th December 2024)
Promoter: The competition is run by Mercian Cycles.
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Europe (EU) only. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of Mercian Cycles and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry: To enter, participants must follow Mercian Cycles on the platform they are entering from (Instagram or Facebook) and comment their guess on the competition post. No purchase necessary.
Entry Period: Entries close on 21st December 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT). Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
Winner Selection: The winner will be the person whose guess is closest to the correct number of bolts. In the event of a tie, a random draw will determine the winner.
Prize: The prize is a selection of Mercian goodies (two Mercian caps, a Mercian water bottle, plastic wallet and a Mercian mug. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 22nd December 2024 via the Mercian Cycles Instagram and Facebook pages. The winner will be contacted directly via the platform they entered on.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.
Disqualification: Mercian Cycles reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not comply with these terms.
Data Protection: Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
Mercian Cycles reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
