I thought you might want to see this, I picked up the frame and it was described to me as a 1980s frame, used occasionally and had a full refurb in the mid-90's and hanging in a shed since.

You identified it as a 1961 bike and it does not look its age, it is in mint condition. I took it out for my first ride last week and have to say it was a delight. The saddle will get swapped shortly and I need to get a shorter stem but it really turns heads
